PayLock announces the strategic hire of Matthew Silverman as Executive Vice President, responsible for business development and strategic management consulting. Formerly of ACS, Mr. Silverman brings 22 years of proven process reengineering experience in government transportation and parking outsourcing solutions to the growing PayLock team. Mr. Silverman has been directly responsible for parking program implementations in Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Washington, DC operating parking programs on behalf of the local government.
